It’s the International House of Pancake’s 56th birthday.

But patrons are getting the gifts. IHOP is offering guests a short stack of its world famous buttermilk pancakes for just 56 cents. That’s two quarters, a nickel and a penny–which  is less than the original cost of 60 cents when the restaurant first opened in 1958.

Don’t worry if you already have had breakfast. The deal is good all day to 7 p.m.
