Marquis de Lafayette quelled a mutiny during the Revolutionary War, the home of a Confederate supporter who aided in the escape of assassin John Wilkes Booth, the home where a War of 1812 cannon ball was lodged and, Keziah&#8217;s Diary, pictured here, an estate in Darlington containing original slave quarters.<\/p>\n<p>The Pilgrimage comprises 39 properties, including historic manors, gardens, schools, and churches. Tours run\u00a0<span class=\"aBn\" tabindex=\"0\" data-term=\"goog_1596885796\"><span class=\"aQJ\">Saturday, April 30<\/span><\/span>, through\u00a0<span class=\"aBn\" tabindex=\"0\" data-term=\"goog_1596885797\"><span class=\"aQJ\">Saturday, May 28<\/span><\/span>, and include these \u00a0 counties: Queen Anne&#8217;s (<span class=\"aBn\" tabindex=\"0\" data-term=\"goog_1596885798\"><span class=\"aQJ\">Saturday, April 30<\/span><\/span>), Harford (<span class=\"aBn\" tabindex=\"0\" data-term=\"goog_1596885799\"><span class=\"aQJ\">Saturday, May 7<\/span><\/span>), Talbot (<span class=\"aBn\" tabindex=\"0\" data-term=\"goog_1596885800\"><span class=\"aQJ\">Saturday, May 14<\/span><\/span>), Baltimore (<span class=\"aBn\" tabindex=\"0\" data-term=\"goog_1596885801\"><span class=\"aQJ\">Sunday, May 15<\/span><\/span>), and Charles (<span class=\"aBn\" tabindex=\"0\" data-term=\"goog_1596885802\"><span class=\"aQJ\">Saturday, May 28<\/span><\/span>).<\/p>\n<p>Each county\u2019s tour includes seven or eight properties. Advance tickets for each tour are $30 per person ($35 if purchasing the day of the tour). Catered lunches will be available for advanced purchase.
