The shopping center also will renovate the public restrooms in the former food court area.<\/p>\n<p>The Midway location is home to 45 brand-name and designer outlet\u00a0stores in 186,000 square feet of retail space, including Michael Kors, Kate Spade New York, Dooney &amp; Bourke, Cole Haan, Tommy Bahama, Polo <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ralphlauren.com\">Ralph Lauren<\/a>, and Vineyard Vines. And no sales tax!<\/p>\n<p>Midway&#8217;s shopping sisters are Bayside and Seaside.
